Rebeca Rivera joined Citizen’s Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County in 2016.  Prior to joining the organization Rebeca received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.  Rebeca is the South Coordinator for both the Youth Crime Watch program and the Citizens’ Crime Watch program, along with being the Grant Administrator for the organization.  She is a certified Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner and certified in Crime Prevention thru Environmental Design by the Office of the Florida Attorney General.
